Shipping & Returns
CQ Stationery Pty Ltd has a free delivery offer in place for the Rockhampton region with NO minimum order value to qualify, free delivery area is limited from the Parkhurst area to the Gracemere Industrial Estate, and from Lakes Creek to Pink Lilly. If you believe that you are outside of this area please contact us to discuss delivery options. Average timeframe for delivery will be same day if items are in stock, to 7 days if stock has to be ordered in from our supplier.
Delivery Time frame
Average delivery time frame varies between same day delivery for items in stock at our Warehouse & Showroom, up to 7 days if stock has to be ordered from our suppliers. If after this time frame you have not revieved your goods please contact us ASAP. At times our suppliers may have your requested items on backorder, we are happy to discuss changing your item to a similar version or different brand should you not wish to wait uintill our suppliers recieve in your items.
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise from change of mind ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 30 days of receipt. Ink & Toner Cartridges must be in an unopened state and display our yellow sticker on the item to be considered for a credit. Restocking fee's & freight to return item to supplier that is enforced by CQ Stationery Pty Ltd suppliers may be passed on to you. CQ Stationery Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse your return request on items that do not meet this criteria.
Should you have a major fault or problem with your product, you may be entitled to recieve a full repalcement or refund including postage costs (if required). Replaced products will be of an identical type to the product originally supplied, subject to availablity from our suppliers (i.e if a product is still active or if it has been discontinued). Refunds will be the same amount you have already paid, provided in the same form as your original payment.
CQ Stationery may take into account how much time has passed since you bought the product considering the following factors:
- type of product
- how you are likely to use the product
- the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used
- the amount of use it could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
